This three-section unit measures 93"W x 33-1/0"D x 44"H, providing ample space for pizza preparation needs. It features side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration, offering a capacity of 28.4 cubic feet, which ensures optimal storage and preservation of ingredients.
The refrigerated pizza prep table is equipped with three self-closing hinged solid doors, each fitted with locks to secure contents. The digital temperature control maintains temperatures between 33°F and 38°F, ensuring that all perishable items are stored under ideal conditions. The automatic evaporation and air defrost mechanisms enhance the unit's energy efficiency.
Included with the table are six durable shelves and a 19-1/4" polyethylene cutting board, along with twelve 1/3 size stainless steel pans for organized ingredient storage.
