Inside, you'll find (8) 1/6 poly pans to organize ingredients, complemented by an adjustable shelf and a 9-1/4" poly cutting board. Its ventilated refrigeration system includes automatic evaporation and air defrost functionalities, optimizing performance and minimizing maintenance needs. Constructed with durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the unit also features a galvanized steel back for stability. The 3" casters allow easy maneuverability.
