This heavy duty slicer is equipped with a full cheese slicing capacity and includes a built-in sharpener for maintaining the blade's edge. Safety elements such as a permanent ring guard and a knife cover interlock are incorporated, alongside sealed splash zones to enhance cleanliness during use. The slicer is equipped with a square receiving plate and an easy-to-use on/off power switch, supplemented by overload protection to ensure optimal performance. Built with an aluminum alloy base and finished with anodized coating, this slicer combines durability with style. It operates on a 1/2 horsepower motor, drawing 3.4 amps of current, and runs on a 120v/60/1-ph power supply, utilizing 370 watts of power.
