The Hoshizaki C-80BAK , C-80BAK-AD , C-80BAK-DS , and C-80BAK-ADDS produce up to 92 pounds of mini cubelet ice per day at 70°F air and 50°F water, or 65 pounds at 90°F air and 70°F water. Each model stores up to 27 pounds.
The C-80BAK has a standard-height stainless steel door, while the C-80BAK-AD combines a stainless steel door with an ADA-compliant cabinet height.
The C-80BAK-DS accommodates a customer-supplied cabinet door at standard height, while the C-80BAK-ADDS combines custom-panel compatibility with an ADA-compliant height.
All four models measure 14 7/8 inches wide and 22 5/8 inches deep. Standard models are 33 1/2 inches high, and ADA models are 31 1/2 inches high.
Each Hoshizaki cubelet ice maker in this family is air-cooled, self-contained, front-breathing, and equipped with R290 refrigerant and a 115V NEMA 5-15P plug.

Measure the opening, countertop height, door swing, delivery route, and service area. For DS models, verify the required door dimensions, weight, hardware, and installation instructions.
Provide potable water and approved drainage. Use the specified gravity-drain connection or confirm that the optional HS-5061 drain pump fits the installation. The pump isn’t included with the machine.
Supply a dedicated 115V circuit with a 15-amp maximum fuse or breaker, and keep the front air intake and exhaust clear. Allow at least 15 inches of front clearance and enough rear space for water and drain connections.
