This Atosa combi oven boasts a versatile capacity accommodating either seven 18" x 13" half sheet pans or seven 12" x 20" steam table pans. It includes seven robust stainless steel oven racks for enhanced durability. The combi oven is equipped with a 10” Smart Screen interface and a Combi Smart cooking system that integrates cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming, offering three precise cooking methods. These methods include steam, convection, and combination cooking with superior steam saturation and humidity control. Additionally, it offers four manual cooking modes across a broad temperature range of 86° to 500°F. For convenience and hygiene, it features six automated wash modes facilitated by twin chemical fill tanks, an advanced 8-fan speed balance reverse system, and a removable core temperature probe. The combi oven comes with a high-pressure coil wash hose, USB storage capabilities, and WiFi connectivity. Energy efficiency is affirmed by its ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certifications, supported by 208-240v/60/3-ph power requirements at 42 amps.
