The oven features a 10” Smart Screen that integrates a Combi Smart cooking system equipped with cabinet monitoring and multi-stage programming. The Atosa Combi offers three distinct cooking methods: steam, convection, and a combination, ensuring maximum steam saturation and precise humidity control. Additionally, it supports four manual cooking modes and a wide temperature range of 86° to 500°F. To address cleaning efficiency, there are six automated wash modes complemented by twin chemical fill tanks, a high-pressure coil wash hose, and removeable core temperature probe for thorough maintenance. The oven also includes eight fan speeds with balance reverse and USB storage capability, enabling seamless data management. WiFi connectivity ensures easy updates and remote operation. The unit operates on 208-240v/60/3-ph, 80 amps, and is certified by ETL, UL, CSA, NSF, and carries the ENERGY STAR® rating, signifying its energy efficiency.
