Equipped with four powerful burners and featuring a dependable milivolt control, this CookRite Fryer allows precise temperature management with a broad range from 200°F to 400°F. The fryer includes two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles that ensure safe and easy handling during operation. For added convenience, a basket hanger is included, allowing for easy drainage and storage of fried foods. The oil cooling zone located at the bottom of the tank helps prolong oil life and maintain food quality.
