With a heating mode offering a temperature range between 90°F and 220°F, alongside a proofing mode that includes ten adjustable humidity levels, this cabinet delivers precise control for various food service needs. Effortlessly managed through dial controls and an LED display, the cabinet also includes a water tray to maintain optimal moisture levels.
The design incorporates detachable slides and a removable control drawer, enhancing ease of use and maintenance.
