The cabinet provides dual functionality with a heating mode that ranges from 90°F to 220°F and a proof mode offering ten adjustable humidity levels. Manage settings effortlessly using the dial controls and monitor conditions via the integrated LED display.
For added convenience, it includes a water tray and detachable slides, along with a removable control drawer that simplifies maintenance. Built from durable stainless steel both inside and out, this holding cabinet promises longevity and performance. Easily maneuverable, it is equipped with two swivel casters and two locking casters.
