This versatile heavy duty slicer features a 42-degree angled gravity feed and a reliable belt-driven mechanism. It comes equipped with two knives: a 13" diameter knife and a 14" diameter knife, providing flexibility to meet different slicing needs. With three adjustable stroke lengths and three stroke speeds, this slicer can achieve between 37 to 62 slices per minute, with slice thickness adjustable up to 9/16".

Ideal for full cheese slicing, it includes a built-in sharpener to maintain blade precision, and a knife cover interlock for user safety. Its sealed splash zones ensure easy cleaning, while the square receiving plate adds to its functionality. The machine offers digital controls and an easy switch between automatic and manual modes, complemented by an on/off power switch for convenience.

Constructed with durability in mind, the slicer boasts a stainless steel bottom base and a robust aluminum alloy frame with an anodized finish. It operates with a powerful 1/2 HP blade motor and a 2/3 HP stroke motor, running on a 110v/60/1-ph power supply, drawing 4.6 amps.
