    Legit tabletop convection performance (Offsite, Limited Kitchen Space, Home Use)

    As a renter who also happens to be a professional chef, I bought this oven to have a tabletop option that performs like a restaurant-quality convection oven and that I could take with me if I move. I just didn't want to keep dealing with the crappy ovens in most residential rental homes.

    It performs extremely well from a heating and convection standpoint, far exceeding most ovens you'll find in home so it was exactly what I was hoping for.

    It is also a great option if space in your restaurant is limited and you need to add a half sized oven. For catering or any offsite cooking situation, it will perform great. Add a couple of pizza stones and you're set for anything like that.
