Very loud
They sent someone out to check n it is so very very loud. We even checked the decimal to see how loud it was. Normal is 40 this was 75. The refrigeration company was to get with the manufacturer and with the company I purchased it from and it’s been a week and have not heard anything from anyone.

This unit is designed and built for commercial environments, where higher sound levels are typical and expected. In a residential setting, it can indeed seem quite loud, and for that reason we generally do not recommend installing commercial units in homes. That said, we do want to make sure you feel supported and taken care of. While we are not able to modify the unit to reduce its noise output, our team is happy to work with you on a solution so that you are satisfied with your purchase.
