The kit is not what I though it would be. It really does not tell us what we need to know. We thought it would give us details about what was in our water causing a white coating on our dishes and clothes but it does not. It is essentially useless and we now have to order another better product.
We have not used the product so it is available for return. The instructions are very minimal and hard to follow.
