The Scotsman C2648MR-3 Prodigy Plus® Ice Maker is designed with a cube style that is both efficient and reliable. It features an air-cooled, remote condenser capable of producing up to 2630 lbs of ice within a 24-hour period under optimal conditions of 70°F air and 50°F water. Under AHRI certified conditions (90°F air/70°F water), it delivers a production capacity of 2131 lbs per day. This model offers medium-sized ice cubes and integrates several innovations including AutoAlert™ indicating lights for easy operation and maintenance retrieval. The WaterSense adjustable purge control enhances water efficiency, while the one-touch cleaning function simplifies upkeep tasks. The harvest assist technology ensures continuous ice-making performance. Moreover, each unit is equipped with a specific QR code for quick access to service information. Constructed with a durable stainless steel finish, its AgION™ antimicrobial protection inhibits bacteria growth, ensuring a clean ice supply.
