The Scotsman HID525A-1 Meridian™ Ice & Water Dispenser offers advanced Touchfree® infrared dispensing technology, making it a convenient and hygienic choice for ice and water service. This dispenser produces high-quality H2 Nugget Ice and features an air-cooled design with a substantial production capacity of up to 500 lbs per 24 hours at 70°/50°, or 365 lbs according to AHRI certification at 90°/70°. It includes a 25 lb bin storage capacity with sealed maintenance-free bearings to ensure long-lasting performance. The unit is engineered with user-friendly components such as a removable bin and air filter, SmoothStream™ water dispensing, and removable spouts and sink for easy cleaning, along with an enlarged 0.8" sink drain and recessed utility chase.
The HID525A-1 boasts a spacious 11" dispensing area that accommodates various container sizes. Its robust stainless steel construction, featuring a stainless steel evaporator and auger, provides durability and resistance to wear. Additionally, it incorporates AgION™ antimicrobial protection, enhancing hygiene. For convenient system updates, it has a USB software upgrade port and a unit-specific QR code for quick access to product information. Utilizing R-404a refrigerant, this dispenser is equipped with a 7.5’ power cord ending in a NEMA 5-15P plug, operating at 115V/60/1 and drawing 9.0 amps.
